Our History

BlueSky made it's debut on the 1st August 2006. Since then, through first class service and support, we have developed a user base of over 60.

Together, the BlueSky team amass more than a century of experience which is devoted to providing unbeatable services and products which are constantly developing and evolving to provide the best possible opportunities available according to the latest technology at competitive prices.

Since opening the BlueSky team have been present at a number of shows and exhibitions such as NEMO, SOS and Office Friendly. Our friendly team and enjoyable working environment presents a real opportunity for our team to work in partnership with our clients.

As our customer base has been expanding at an exceptional rate, so has the Horizon team. As the BlueSky family grows we can further develop a network of friendly, outgoing staff whom are keen to aid and assist our customers.

Adrian Billingham wrote Legerdemain back in 1987 and it is still going today. He had been working on Legerdemain for windows (Vision) which was obviously seen as an opportunity and he was later transferred to Integrity.

In 2005 Adrian left Integrity and, after some gentle persuasion from those within the industry, he set out to balance the scales. After gaining experience writing for a windows based product, it became clear that there was much room for improvement and fine tuning - factors which were introduced and are constantly being improved in Horizon.

Bluesky and “Horizon” along with its companion “HorizonWeb” were launched in August 2006 and since then 60 dealers have been signed up and are all profiting from the revolutionary advances which come hand in hand with Horizon. A range of dealers varying from 2 or 3 users to 40 have moved over from Vision, Legerdemain, Axis, Calidore, Progress and other bespoke systems. Listening to the input from all these different types of dealers, used to different software, with different needs and demands has allowed us to incorporate as many functions and aspects as possible into the software.

The developments on Horizon and Horizon web are mostly user led, along with some nice ideas from our team.
